Aeroktek Professional Services is seeking a Marketing Associate
This position will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing activities tied to a specific market/region and/or a specific marketing functional area of discipline. This position will collaborate with a variety of multi-disciplined cross functional teams/organizations throughout client (including outside partners) to drive marketing programs for client throughout the respective market/region. This position reports to a Marketing Director.The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Meet client goals for Key Strategic Initiatives including revenue, margin, acquisition and customer retention by implementing specific marketing programs for a market/region and/or specific marketing functional area of discipline.
- Manage marketing programs so that programs and communications are aligned with business and sales objectives, are measurable, optimized and driving results.
- Proactively manage marketing tactics related to demand generation programs, promotional tactics, events/webinars/workshops, association programs, trade shows/exhibitions, sponsorships, speaking engagements, online promotional tactics, sales support collateral, and one-to-one marketing tactics.
- Work closely with other functional organizations to ensure successful execution of marketing programs.
- Act as the liaison and marketing representative for the respective market/region.
- Attend market/region sales meetings, identify opportunities where marketing support is needed and report regional marketing requirement to marketing leadership.
- Tracking all marketing campaign and initiative results in the company’s CRM system.
- Ensure all leads are properly and timely forwarded to the appropriate Sales team member for follow-up.
- Provide input into database infrastructure/development as it relates to supporting Integrated Marketing programs and initiatives.
- Create supporting justification and requirements for various database lists, targeting, segmentation, customer/prospect profiling, and database management/cleansing efforts.
- Ability to work with data housed in a number of different data sources.

This position requires:
- BA/BS in Marketing, Finance, Business, Economics, Public Policy, Communications, or related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years experience in marketing communications, marketing programs, direct campaigns, project management.
- Knowledgeable about the energy industry and competitive industries.
- Experience in results-oriented and results-driven environments. Generate qualified leads with high conversion to sales. Utilize marketing techniques to increase ROI and reduce total cost of sales. Ability to conceptualize and execute lead generation marketing programs.
- Experience in marketing communications functions: advertising, direct marketing, electronic media, websites/online/interactive, market and consumer research, database marketing, events, tradeshows, speaker’s bureau, literature architectures, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communications a must. Demonstrated communications skills and experience in messaging, copywriting, and editing.
- Database, campaign tracking/measurement and metric reporting experience required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work, seek advice, and develop solutions in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong computer background including PC, Excel, Access, etc. skills.
- Superior attention to detail.
