He began his career on Madison Avenue, leading a broad array of major brands, such as AstraZeneca, Avon, Charles Town Races & Slots, Choice Hotels, DuPont, Loyola University, Lucite, Rawlings Golf, and Ryland Homes, among many others. Paul is a frequent national speaker and author on marketing topics. Paul’s board service includes the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology; Board of Governors, Maryland Joint Child Support Council; Board of Directors, Provoke Radio, Inc.; and Board of Trustees, Radio Mass of Baltimore.

Chris has been with Renegade since 2003 where he serves as the lead creative and strategic go-to-powerhouse for client implementation and account development. At Renegade, Chris leads the creative, design, production, and broadcast design teams. His background fuses advertising, filmmaking, literature and business-building strategies. His passion is to tell great stories about people and brands alike. Prior to Renegade, Chris ran his own creative and production boutique where he did creative work for Sony Pictures, Parkwood Pictures, and Original Films, as well as directorial work for local agencies and clients.
