Anne Rubin serves as VP of Collegiate Relations for AMA Baltimore. Her primary goal is to help local collegiate chapters achieve their goals and provide value to their members. Anne helps students at local colleges start collegiate AMA chapters. “I believe there are many opportunities to collaborate with the other board members to share our marketing expertise and professional experience with these students,” says Rubin.
Anne first became involved with AMA Baltimore as a student at Towson University. From 2011 – 2015, Anne held leadership positions in her chapter and became president in her senior year. Since graduating, she has been a Student Engagement Ambassador for AMA Baltimore.
As a Senior Strategist for WebMechanix, a local digital marketing agency, Anne is responsible for a mixture of account management and digital strategy. She works with a team of talented marketers of various specialties and skill sets, and enjoys collaborating with them to make a difference in their clients’ business and lives.
Anne has a Bachelor’s degree from Towson University in Marketing and e-Business. She organizes volunteer opportunities through work, including a shoe drive for Soles4Souls. Outside of work, Anne trains for marathons. She participated in the Baltimore Marathon and the Coastal Delaware Marathon where she raised $1,000 for The ALS Association – DC/MD/VA chapter in memory of a friend who recently lost his battle with ALS.
