Jess Baynton serves as AMA Baltimore’s VP of Volunteer Engagement. In this role, she drives volunteer engagement and aims to increase volunteer capabilities to ensure that the Baltimore Chapter can be set up for success. Jess will be collaborating with other board members to make sure that AMA Baltimore is consistently trying to bridge the technology, marketing and community gaps.
This is her first year with AMA Baltimore, and Jess brings years of teamwork experience to the organization. She is a marketing manager in the sports division of WorldStrides, a travel organization. She focuses on team and individual travel to compete and play internationally. Jess is responsible for all marketing collateral, social media campaigns, paid search and SEO.
Jess has a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management Business Administration from Salem International University and a Master of Business Administration from California Coast University. She is a volunteer soccer coach for local youth teams. Being a coach keeps her involved in the game she loves. Jess is a world traveler who is from London and has visited over 100 countries.
