Linda Gordon Gilmore
Linda Gordon Gilmore serves as AMA Baltimore’s VP Membership and partners with both committee and Board members to retain our 300+ membership base and acquire new members using multiple outreach strategies. Outside of our Chapter, Linda is the Business Services Manager for the Office of Workforce Development, Division of Workforce Development and Adult Learning at the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing & Regulation (DLLR). In this highly collaborative role, Linda works closely with local economic development officials, company CEOs and senior leadership to facilitate the creation and retention of jobs and increase capital investment across the state of Maryland. Prior to joining the DLLR, Linda leveraged more than 20 years of results-driven brand management, project implementation, field marketing, and consumer insights proficiency to help companies grow strategically. She has created, launched and managed brand and sales strategic plans at regional and national levels across a wide assortment of private and public sector industries—from personal care, small appliance and pharma, to food, beverage, and government.
Linda has been involved with the AMA since 2005 and previously served on the Public Relations committee with the AMA Fairfield chapter prior to moving to Baltimore.
Linda holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Haven and a Mass Communication/Public Relations Bachelors of Science from Towson University.
