How long have you been an AMA member?

More than 30 years!

What have you enjoyed most/found to be the most beneficial aspects about being an AMA member?

I have enjoyed the networking opportunities that AMA provides.

What is your favorite part of marketing and why?

Working with people and trying to understand their big “Black Box,” by using the emerging technologies, AKA marketing analytics.

Who inspires you to be a better marketer?

Jeff  Bezos.

What is something people would be surprised to know about you?

I love cooking, knitting, and sculpting.

According to you, what does it mean to be an innovate modern marketer?

A 21st century innovative marketer is a person who knows how to use the emerging technologies to understand consumers’ behavior, and to adapt to change in order to  provide an amazing experience to its consumers.

What recent experience (art show, concert, or lecture) inspired you to try something new in marketing?

I am constantly learning and getting inspired by observing our students. There is nothing more enticing than to be in a space where you can learn about the millennial and Gen Z in their most natural environment.
