Baltimore, MD – The American Marketing Association Baltimore Chapter (AMA Baltimore) announces a competition to create a celebratory logo to commemorate the chapter’s 75th anniversary. Submissions will be accepted from July 16th until September 12th, 2022.
The competition is open to any local Baltimore/regional Baltimore agency. This dedicated logo will be used in event promotion including, but not limited to, the chapter website, social media sites, AMA Baltimore merchandise and promotional materials. A prize of (3) AMA Baltimore memberships (VALUE of $450), and a promoted blog post on the submission will be awarded for the winning entry.
“We’re seeking a creative, professional, stylized logo that conveys our rich history, our 75th-year anniversary milestone, and our local ties to Baltimore,” said Christian Bielski, President of AMA Baltimore. “The logo competition will allow local agencies to showcase their talent while supporting AMA’s efforts to provide valuable resources to the marketing industry.”
The logo should reflect the theme, “Celebrating 75 Years of Excellence. The anniversary year (75) can also be included in the design and is encouraged. It should be adaptable to different iterations in size, color formats and application, and must be flexible enough to use across various media platforms.
The winner will be selected by vote at AMA’s board meeting in September and announced at its celebration event at Boordy Vineyards on September 13th at 5:30PM. The winner will also receive recognition on AMA Baltimore’s website, in an email to its membership, and social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram).
