Head of Sales – Maryland, Effectv
Rebecca Wiles is the Head of Sales for MD with Effectv, a Comcast Company. Rebecca is based in Anne Arundel County and is responsible for the state of MD to include DC. She has been with Effectv for 12 years. Rebecca has been leading sales teams in media for 23 years, previously working with Verizon Yellow pages, Direct Mail and Google AdWords. Rebecca has worked with small to medium size businesses, as well as large agencies, leveraging industry-leading tools to help clients navigate today’s media landscape.
Market Research Sales Manager, Effectv
Michelle Kemp is a Baltimore-based Market Retail Sales Manager, for Effectv, a Comcast Company. With 8 years of media experience, Michelle specializes in helping local and regional businesses grow through integrated marketing efforts. In her tenure with Effectv, she has developed a successful track record using first-party data and attribution to produce results for her clients. Michelle leads a team of experienced, consultative account executives in the Baltimore market.
Director of Communications and Marketing, Calvert Hall College High School
Danielle Hladky is the Director of Communications and Marketing at Calvert Hall College High School, a Lasallian Catholic, college preparatory school for young men grades 9-12 in Baltimore, Maryland. She is responsible for all aspects of Calvert Hall’s marketing and communications efforts, including media buys, creative, public relations, branding, as well as oversight of school publications, the website and social media outlets. Danielle joined Calvert Hall in 2015. Before becoming a Cardinal, Danielle was the Director of Alumni and Career Services for the University of Maryland Global Campus while also holding marketing roles for the American Cancer Society, Competitor Group, and St. John’s College. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Stony Brook University, a Master of Arts degree in integrated marketing communications from Duquesne University, and an MBA in Sports Management from San Diego State University.
