As marketers, we’ve long known what businesses are just now realizing: how the role of creativity drives serious value for organizations.
Those who know how to create a culture where creative minds can thrive—be it in a marketing context or otherwise—have a competitive advantage. Attracting, retaining, cultivating, and directing the creative mind is the leadership challenge of our times.
Especially for marketing departments—creative minds drive innovation, the ability to synthesize data and solve problems in powerful ways outside the marketing discipline.
In this AMA in the Afternoon event, Mihali Stavlas, founder and CEO of Mellōnaid, will offer you key insights, a fundamental approach, and the necessary skills for leading the creative talent in your teams.
- Why creativity matters. Just in case you (or your boss) haven’t heard the news about the value of creativity outside the marketing department.
- The neuroscience of the creative mind: the wiring and synapses inside creative brains that make managing them a unique challenge for leaders.
- The psychology of motivating the unmotivated: why creative people aren’t easily influenced and what to do about it.
- How creativity fuels business culture. The best predictor of success is centered around harnessing creativity. Learn ways to leverage creativity in solving problems and creating differential value.
