Further honing her skills, she earned a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, ensuring a strategic approach to her initiatives.

Tonya is a sought-after speaker, regularly gracing stages across the country to deliver insightful presentations packed with marketing tips, tools, resources, and strategies for online success. Jason Michael Perry
Chief Technology Officer, Mindgrub Technologies
Jason Michael Perry, the Chief Technology Officer of Mindgrub Technologies, stands out as a highly experienced and influential technology executive focusing on innovation, especially in artificial intelligence (AI). Leading the charge at Mindgrub, Jason ensures the company remains at the forefront of technological advancements, showcasing expertise in domains like Drupal, Javascript, and mobile app development. His journey to CTO involves significant achievements, including projects for notable clients like Michael Jackson. Beyond his role as a technologist, Jason is a dedicated educator who trains professionals and shares insights with the tech community through public speaking. Lindsay Marshall Cheyne
Associate Creative Director, Product Strategy + Management, Code and Theory
Lindsay Cheyne is a leader on the product team at Code and Theory, spanning both strategy and management. Her expertise is in large-scale websites, but most recently she was handpicked to lead the redesign for NBC’s Big Board, the interactive map and election tracker used by political analyst and data mad scientist, Steve Kornacki. She’s based in Hyattsville, Maryland and has degrees from both VCU and Parsons The New School. 

Dr. Jason Cherubini
Executive-in-Residence, Loyola University Maryland
Dr. Jason Cherubini, DBA, CPA, CMA, CGMA, currently serves as Executive-in-Residence at Loyola University Maryland, where he leverages his extensive background in finance, education, and media production to enhance academic and business practices. He co-founded Dawn’s Light Media and in his role as CFO/COO, has produced notable feature films within the thriller and action genres such as “Black Water” and “Money Plane.” Additionally, he founded Seraphim Associates International, a consultancy that assists start-up and early-stage technology companies, with a particular focus on the educational and creative industries. With a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of South Florida, and master’s degrees in both Business Administration and Accounting from Tulane University, Cherubini’s educational achievements underpin his professional activities. His teaching career includes developing courses and mentoring students across various institutions in the United States and Germany. Cherubini’s insights in entrepreneurship, accounting, and finance are reflected in his contributions to publications such as Forbes and The Economist, and through his published research on subjects including equity-based crowdfunding and emotional labor in the liberal arts. He actively participates in community and professional service, as demonstrated by his positions on several boards and his memberships in multiple professional associations. Cherubini’s skills in financial modeling and proficiency in a range of software and programming languages complement his professional capabilities.
