AMA in the PM: Celebrating Professional Growth in Marketing

July 17, 2024 |
4 minute read

While the summer months heat up, our marketing efforts never take a day off. And as marketing professionals neither should our continued professional development.

Today’s ever-evolving marketing landscape continues to keep marketers on their toes and it’s easy to lose sight of one’s professional development efforts, goals, and opportunities to be better marketers and leaders. While navigating professional changes and adapting to evolving business environments, now is the time to invest in yourself.

In this AMA in the PM session, we’re covering all the bases as it relates to professional growth, mentorship, and leadership development. We will celebrate the 2024 AMA Baltimore Mentor Connections participants, hear from energizing leaders like AMA Baltimore President Keisha Clarke-English and Audacity Group’s Chief Energy Officer Dionne Joyner-Weems, and dive into career trajectories and leadership formation with a special featured speaker, Craig Dykstra, Principal Partner Marketing Manager at Amazon AWS.

Dykstra has navigated numerous professional transitions and has valuable insights to help marketers enhance their professional development and achieve their career goals that will help marketers celebrate progress and provide opportunities for upward career mobility.
