AMA in the PM: She-Suite Marketing Leadership Panel

Female executives are all too familiar with glass walls, where they’ve been boxed into certain roles and overlooked for key positions to their male counterparts. The pandemic and its after effects continue to exacerbate the pressures female executives face every day such as balancing work-life, being seen and heard in a male-dominated field, and managing an ever-changing marketing landscape.

While female leaders continue to show immense value to their organizations, they are still outnumbered in the C-Suite and less likely to receive a promotion versus men (and that number significantly increases for BIPOC women), according to reports from McKinsey/Lean In. That’s why we’re bringing you the She-Suite Marketing Leadership Panel for our upcoming AMA in the PM event.

This annual signature event held on International Women’s Day, Tuesday, March 8, will feature extraordinary female leaders in Baltimore who are paving the way in male-dominated industries. Get ready to hear our panelists’ perspectives on what it takes to be a leader in the marketing space and share their personal journey to the C-Suite.

Gain exclusive industry insights on everything from key marketing trends to effective ROI measurement to the latest audience connection strategies. The She-Suite Marketing Leadership Panel will include the following top-level executives:
