Today’s marketing landscape is fast-moving, unpredictable, and filled with both exciting opportunities and uncertain turns. For many professionals, it’s easy to feel stuck—overqualified for your current role yet unsure of your next step. Whether you’re dreaming of advancement, eyeing a new industry, or reimagining your path entirely, clarity and intention are your greatest assets.
This virtual, interactive workshop is designed to help marketing professionals avoid drifting through roles and start intentionally defining their professional journey. In a discipline shaped by rapid AI adoption, expanding cross-functional responsibilities, and increasing pressure to lead effectively and empathically, marketers who act with intention are better equipped to stand out, lead with purpose, and pursue roles that truly align with their values and skills.
Through guided reflection, peer exercises, and practical tools, participants will explore how to craft a career roadmap rooted in their values, skills, and preparation. You’ll learn to identify red flags that may signal misalignment with future opportunities, and how to articulate your value proposition across different industries and company cultures. Imagine what’s at the end of the rainbow before making your next big move—whether that’s in the next quarter or the next three years.
By the end of this workshop, attendees will:
- Define a career trajectory narrative built on making an impact individually and collectively, building influence, and positioning your professional brand for long-term growth.
- Learn how to recognize potential red flags and opportunities when navigating career transitions.
- Develop a skills-based profile to strategically prepare for job changes, promotions, or career pivots.
