Jessica Reighard serves as VP of Member Engagement for AMA Baltimore. In this new role, Jessica will help members find real value in joining our Chapter and feel that they are part of a dynamic, leading organization in their field. “We want to help our members solve marketing problems, make great connections, and stay ahead of the curve,” says Jessica. By connecting with members, Jessica and her committee will partner with other board members to develop unique programs and communications to create even greater value for members.
In addition to her role with AMA Baltimore, Jessica is the Marketing Director for Brookes Publishing, an educational publisher dedicated to helping professionals improve outcomes for children and families. She develops strategies, plans, and budgets, and makes sure marketing is connected to the entire organization. “My work at Brookes ultimately helps our customers improve their practice and achieve their mission for children and families. That’s what I’d like to do at AMA — help marketers learn, grow, and get better at what they do for their companies and themselves,” explains Jessica.
Jessica has a BA in Philosophy from Barnard College and an MBA from Loyola University of Maryland. She serves on the Board of Directors of Child First Authority, a Baltimore City nonprofit that provides high quality community schools, afterschool, and summer learning programs that promote academic achievement, social, and emotional well-being, and parent leadership. Jessica speaks French and does the New York Times Sunday crossword puzzle every week.
