Keisha Clarke-English has more than 20 years of proven leadership and strategic development skills to drive innovation and growth. Keisha Clarke-English holds a degree in marketing from Temple University, where she developed her passion for communications, advertising campaign development and strategic planning. She has implemented award-winning integrated marketing communications campaigns for BGE and also while working at local advertising agencies in Baltimore. Throughout her BGE career she has managed advertising campaign development and marketing strategy for several programs and initiatives across multiple communications platforms. Her past efforts in leading marketing communications for energy demand response and student energy safety initiatives have been recognized by the American Marketing Association, Chartwell Best Practices, Public Relations Society of America and Southeastern Electric Exchange and the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Gold Quill Award. The IABC Gold Quill Awards are presented to companies from around the globe for their innovative communications campaigns.

Previously, Keisha was a senior manager of Utility Training where she led a team of  Senior Training Specialists and a Gas Training Manager responsible for developing, facilitating and supervising training programs for employees and contractors. Keisha is currently the Director of Project Management, Exelon Office of the CEO. She oversees the team responsible for all project management of Exelon’s Management Model – including revitalization, change management, implementation and tactical execution.
