AMA Baltimore Student Membership
As marketing evolves and competition grows, it is important that students get exposed to industry insights and networking opportunities as early as possible. No other organization will connect you with as many local professionals and provide relevant marketing information as the AMA. Our monthly educational speaker series programs and #AMAMingle networking series are open to students and are a great opportunity to learn from – and with – local marketers.
The AMA strives to help students learn how to effectively network and collaborate with current marketing professionals. Our annual Undergraduate Student Job Search Workshop is an excellent forum for students to learn from local agencies and practice their interview skills. Attendees not only get to meet with representatives from companies and agencies including Under Armour, McCormick & Company, AOL, T. Rowe Price, Planit, IMRE, and more, but they get to learn about the different marketing jobs available to them today.
Student members are also eligible for our Undergraduate Marketing Education Merit Scholarship and Book Scholarships. Winners are announced at our annual MX Awards, and motivated marketing students are encouraged to apply.
